The Power of Priority: Shearing Away Distractions for Progress
Have you noticed that sheep are sheared for their wool? If the shearing does not take place, they run around with dirty, matted wool, which becomes a burden on them.
Let us think about the wool like the number of tasks on our To-Do list.
Shearing off something extraneous from your day, in essence, involves prioritizing your core goals and focusing your time and energy on what truly matters and is important to you.
I am not only talking about becoming more productive here, so you can do more; I am speaking about becoming more efficient and mindful and freeing up resources like time and space for the things you truly enjoy dedicating yourself to. Remember that YOU are the biggest project you will ever work on!
This practice of shearing can significantly aid your progress in several ways as listed below:
