I am Thou

I am Thou

for Thou art me.

I have long belaboured under delusions

about my own personal identity,

convinced I was This or That,

only to discover

the sheer impermanence of any

acquired Identity.

I know now, through the experience

of living it,

that I am All that I believe

for a moment,

a season or a lifetime,

and I move with ease through all of it,

in my progress to

arrive and reach you,

I must become all that I am,

and for this,

I am Thou

for Thou art me.
