It’s Monday again. In which direction are you purposefully or distractedly steering your day?

As you go along, is the day getting out of control into a complex spiral of Chaos or are you able to take charge and steer it in the direction that you want, towards the destination that you have chosen?

When we are not intentional, purposeful and grounded, our precious time can disappear like grains of sand through our fingers. Distractions keep knocking at our door and sweep upon us leaving us overwhelmed and devoid of energy. Before we can realise it, another day has disappeared forever.

Right now, as you are reading this, take in a few deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth, holding for as long as it’s comfortable between the two. Allow your lower belly to expand and contract a few times, pushing life-giving oxygen into your blood, your inner organs as well as your brain.

Then, refocus on your day.

Life is a precious gift. This Is Your Life if and you are going to take charge of your day.

Now go on and do it!
